I’m cutting 12 inches off my hair for charity

My Hair200I have started my campaign to raise £1,000 for three worthwhile causes by cutting 12 inches off my hair.

20 years ago my mother died of ovarian cancer. Throughout her life she raised £1000’s for her chosen charities. I have dedicated this fundraising to her memory.

Please help me raise money for my three chosen charities. I have been growing my hair for this purpose for some years and don’t want to have it cut off for anything less than £1000!

I have chosen Macmillan Cancer Support as my mother was cared for by Macmillan nurses and they did a wonderful job.macm for flyer

sta for flyerSoft Touch Arts, a local charity to me, uses arts, media and music activities as a tool to engage with and change the lives of disadvantaged young people – I think my mother would have approved.

The hair itself will go to make wigs for cancer sufferers.

You can donate through VirginMoneyGiving.com , it’s easy and you can giftaid your donation too so it will be worth even more.
